Collection, processing and use of personal data
Personal data is information about your personal or material circumstances, in particular name, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number or postal address. Hakle GmbH collects, processes and uses (hereinafter referred to as „uses“) the personal data provided by you, insofar as it is necessary to establish, carry out or terminate a legal transaction or legal transaction with you. Hakle commits its external service providers to use your personal data exclusively in accordance with our specifications and in compliance with this data protection statement, as well as the statutory requirements with regard to order data processing corresponding article 28 of GDPR.

We in all other circumstances, do not pass on your personal data, without your prior consent to third parties, nor sell or rent data to third parties. However, we reserve the right to disclose information about you, insofar as we are legally obliged to do so or insofar as the disclosure is required from us, by lawfully acting authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Social networks, e.g. “Facebook”. It is possible that so-called social plugins (“Plug-ins”) of social networks may be used on our websites, in particular the “Like” button of the provider “Facebook”, whose Internet presence, is operated by the Facebook Inc., 1601 S. The collected data in the case of Facebook, Twitter and Google, is stored in the USA
When you visit one of our websites, with an installed plug-in, your Internet browser establishes a connection to the servers of Facebook and the information that you have visited our website, is accordingly forwarded to Facebook, even if you are not logged onto Facebook and regardless of whether you have actually activated the plug-in, that is, clicked on it. Use of personal data for advertising and market research purposes
Insofar as you consent to the further reaching use of your personal data for “advertising and market research purposes”, your personal data will also be used for such purposes. We will only do so, insofar as you expressly consent to such use, e.g. for actions on our websites, by ticking an appropriate box, followed by the confirmation thereof. We can thereafter provide you with customized advertising about our products or services, or recommend to you the participation in actions, such as prize draws or product tests. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there.
